Jake Sigal makes a living by playing his own rules. At the age of 26, Detroit-based entrepreneur Jake Sigal mashed-up music and tech to make Livio Radio in 2008. Sigal traded his office at Delphi, where he worked as an XM product manager, for an office in the guest bedroom of his home, the founding HQ of Livio Radio. Today, Sigal has grown the Livio crew to 15, put more than 25 products on the market and sits on the Consumer Electronics Association Board of Industry Leaders and the Small Business Council.
The Fireside Growth Series is interactive and designed to educate emerging entrepreneurs on the trials and tribulations of creating a successful business, with real stories of business success. During each session, presented by a successful entrepreneur, the speaker will discuss challenges, solutions and successes - they will tell their story!
