Young Alumni Night at the DIA | | | | Oakland University Young Alumni are invited to spend a Friday night down in the D at the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA) on October 21, 2011. Enjoy appetizers and two drink tickets from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Dining Room B, exclusively for OU young alumni.
At 7 p.m. Nancy Barr, curator for the DIA, will discuss the exhibit of Detroit Revealed: Photographs 2000-2010 by contemporary artists who shed light on life in the Motor City in the past decade. Young alums will enjoy live music with a pass to Friday Night Live! at the DIA after the private gathering in Dining Room B ends at 8:30 p.m.
Space is limited to the first 75 young alumni who register. The entire evening, including food, two drink tickets, exhibit, and live music, is just $15 a person.
